Our network extends to other major Taiwan cities upon request. We focus our efforts where we can provide the most knowledgeable, capable service to our clients.
The timeline varies based on your specific requirements and the current rental market conditions. For clients with clearly defined preferences, we typically identify suitable options within one to two weeks. The subsequent viewing, negotiation, and lease execution process generally requires an additional two to three weeks, though we can work within more compressed timeframes when circumstances require.
Our relationship with clients extends beyond the lease signing. We remain available to address questions that arise during your tenancy, can assist with landlord communications if needed, and provide guidance on local service providers for any residence-related needs. Premium and Signature tier clients receive more extensive ongoing support as part of their service package.
We offer three service tiers with transparent pricing based on the level of support and property access provided. The Select Service begins at TWD 21,500, Premium Access at TWD 76,500, and our Signature Collection at TWD 132,000. Each tier includes specific services and benefits designed to meet different needs.
